Welcome to USA Flight Club. Our virtual airline exists to provide a realistic, enjoyable, and cooperative flight simulation environment for aviation enthusiasts around the world. These participation rules are designed to ensure fairness, professionalism, and a positive community experience for all pilots.

By registering and flying with USA Flight Club, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined below.

Pilot Conduct

All pilots are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow members, airline staff, and the broader flight simulation community. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated within any USA Flight Club platform including the website, forums, Discord servers, or multiplayer flight environments.

USA Flight Club is built on a community of shared passion for aviation, and all pilots are expected to contribute to maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Flight Operations

Pilots should conduct flights using realistic procedures whenever possible. This includes proper route planning, aircraft operation consistent with simulator capabilities, and the use of approved aircraft types listed in the airline fleet.

Flights must be logged through the airline's approved reporting system, such as ACARS or manual PIREP submission when required. False flight reports, unrealistic data, or intentionally manipulated flight logs are strictly prohibited.

Pilot Activity

To maintain an active and engaging airline environment, pilots are encouraged to remain reasonably active. Extended inactivity may result in accounts being marked inactive or archived depending on airline policy.

Pilots who wish to return after a period of inactivity are always welcome to rejoin and continue their aviation journey with the airline.

Ranks and Progression

USA Flight Club operates a structured pilot ranking system based on logged flight hours and activity. As pilots gain experience and demonstrate commitment to the airline, additional aircraft types and opportunities may become available.

Rank progression reflects dedication and participation within the virtual airline and helps maintain a sense of achievement throughout a pilot�s career.

Multiplayer & Online Networks

Pilots flying on online networks such as VATSIM, IVAO, or other multiplayer platforms are expected to follow the rules and procedures established by those networks. USA Flight Club encourages professionalism and good airmanship when representing the airline in public simulation environments.

When flying under the USA Flight Club callsign, pilots act as representatives of the airline and should conduct themselves accordingly.

Abuse of Systems

Any attempt to manipulate the airline systems, falsify flight data, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain unfair advantages within the airline structure is prohibited. Such actions may result in suspension or removal from the airline at the discretion of airline administration.

Administrative Authority

USA Flight Club administration reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules in order to maintain the integrity and enjoyment of the airline. Administrative decisions regarding disciplinary action, pilot conduct, or operational policies are made with the goal of protecting the community and ensuring fair participation.

These participation rules may evolve as the airline grows and new features are introduced to the website or operations platform. Updates may be made periodically to ensure the airline continues to provide a structured and enjoyable experience for all pilots.
