About The Tour:
This 19-leg island-hopping tour explores the full Canary Islands chain. The route is designed to showcase the region’s dramatic variety—from the arid volcanic landscapes of the eastern islands to the steep, lush terrain of the western islands—while avoiding repeated flight pairs for maximum variety.
Pilots will experience a mix of short scenic hops and longer overwater crossings, with approaches into some of the most visually striking airports in the sim, including Tenerife North, La Palma, and El Hierro. The tour uses both Tenerife airports to add operational realism and routing diversity.
Each leg offers unique flying challenges such as coastal navigation, mountainous terrain, shifting winds, and ocean crossings. The progression naturally moves east to west across the archipelago before looping back with alternate routing, ensuring fresh perspectives throughout the journey.
This tour is ideal for turboprops, light twins, or regional jets, and can be flown VFR for maximum immersion or IFR for a more structured airline-style experience.
